1. About these terms

These terms apply whenever you order design work from Winzo Graphics, whether the order is arranged over WhatsApp, this website, or in person. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide custom graphic design services, including but not limited to logos and brand identity, social media creatives, business cards and stationery, banners, flyers and posters, thumbnails and ad creatives, and other custom design work agreed with you directly.

3. Getting a quote and placing an order

Message us with your brief and we'll respond with a price and estimated turnaround. Final pricing depends on the scope of the project, and may change if the brief changes significantly after work has started. We'll always confirm the price with you before starting.

4. Payment

Payment terms (for example, upfront, on delivery, or split) will be agreed with you before we start your project. Work generally begins once payment (or an agreed deposit) has been received.

5. What we need from you

To deliver a good result on time, we rely on you to provide a clear brief, any content, images, logos or text needed for the design, and timely feedback. Delays on your end (slow replies, late content, changing the brief) can affect the delivery timeline.

6. Revisions

Each project includes a round of revisions based on the original brief. Requests that go significantly beyond the original brief — a new concept, extra formats, or additional deliverables — may be quoted and charged separately.

7. Ownership & usage rights

Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final delivered design transfers to you for the use agreed at the time of order (for example, your business branding or a specific campaign). Any third-party assets used in the design (stock photos, fonts, icons) remain subject to their own licence terms. Until full payment is made, design concepts and drafts remain the property of Winzo Graphics and may not be used.

8. Showcasing our work

We may display completed projects in our portfolio or on social media as examples of our work, unless you ask us not to. See our Privacy Policy for more on this.

10. Limitation of liability

We do our best to deliver accurate, high-quality work on time, but we can't guarantee specific business results (such as sales or engagement) from any design. It's your responsibility to check final files — spelling, contact details, colours and dimensions — before using or printing them. We're not liable for costs arising from errors that were present in a design you approved.

11. Communication

Most communication happens over WhatsApp for speed and clarity. Keeping project discussion in one place helps us avoid misunderstandings about the brief, feedback and approvals.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
