Depending on how you reach out to us, this can include:

• Your name and WhatsApp number, when you message us.
• Your email address, if you choose to share one.
• Project details you send us — briefs, reference images, logos, text and other content for your design.
• Basic order details, such as what was ordered and when.

2. What we don't collect

We never ask for your card number, bank details, passwords or OTP codes over WhatsApp or this website. If you pay us through an online payment page, that payment is handled directly by the payment provider — we don't see or store your card details.

3. How we use your information

• To design, produce and deliver the work you've asked for.
• To communicate with you about your project and respond to questions.
• To keep a record of past orders, in case you come back for revisions or repeat work.

4. Sharing your information

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. We may share the minimum needed with a printer or supplier only when that's required to produce a physical item you've ordered (for example, sending final artwork to be printed). We don't share your details for marketing by other companies.

5. Showcasing our work

We sometimes like to share finished designs as examples of our work. If you'd prefer your project isn't shown publicly, just let us know and we won't share it.

6. Cookies & this website

This website is a simple set of static pages — it doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies, and it doesn't run analytics scripts that build a profile of you. Clicking "WhatsApp" links opens a conversation in WhatsApp itself, which has its own privacy policy covering how it handles your messages.

7. How long we keep information

We keep project details and order history for as long as reasonably useful — for example, in case you need the source files again later. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

8. Your choices

You can ask us, at any time, what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it — message us on WhatsApp and we'll action it. Note that we may need to keep basic order records where we're required to for accounting purposes.
